We would like to announce that we have completed work on the module for integrating Autenti cloud-based electronic document signature platforms with leading Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software OpenText Content Suite.
Customers working with OpenText Content Suite have a need to sign documents in the Autenti cloud environment using advanced signatures or qualified signatures and seals. To meet this need, we provide an integration module for OpenText and Autenti solution.
The solution is a native module installed and configured in the OpenText Content Suite and is a natural extension of the user interface to Autenti’s electronic document signing features, accessible from both the document and workflow processes.
Autenti is a cloud-based platform for document authorization and contracting over the Internet. It combines an electronic signature, innovative technology and a legal environment based on European regulations (eIDAS). The service can be used not only in relations with business partners (B2B), but also with consumers (B2C) and employees (B2E). It is one of the few solutions of this type in Europe. Autenti simplifies and shortens to the necessary minimum the process of signing documents (minutes, at the most hours to close the transaction instead of days) and reduces costs connected with their preparation and sending by traditional methods – post or courier (guaranteed savings exceed 50%). By reducing the use of paper in business operations it is also an environmentally friendly solution. The platform guarantees its clients full support in the e-transaction process. Starting with sending the document, through e-identification, e-delivery, electronic signature resulting in a certificate. Data encryption guarantees the highest level of security and trust.
OpenText Content Suite is the best and most feature-rich ECM solution in the world. What makes this solution unique is its best in-class scalability, out-of-the-box integrations with leading business solutions (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Amazon, Google…) and most importantly the completeness of the solution (ECM, CCM – Customer Communications Management, Cloud…).
