Firstly, our principle is to take full responsibility for the project, its scope, schedule and budget. To make this possible, every element of the project is agreed with the client at the analysis stage. Our analysts and project managers participate in the implementation of the project, already at the stage of its contracting.
Communication is critical to ECM analysis and project management, so we hold status meetings with the client once a week. Another key point, we hold steering committee meetings once a month to monitor the project’s progress. Even more our project manager is in constant contact with his counterpart on the client side. We create the necessary analytical and design documentation on an ongoing basis.
We mainly perform Analysis and Project Management services for the OpenText ECM solution. In addition, we support clients with CONTMAN Director, SigningServices, Autenti and WEBCON BPS.
We know very well that the biggest problem in the implementation of complex IT systems is access to professional specialists. Opportunities for direct support are undoubtedly limited, and access to international analysts and project managers is not satisfactory. We are trying to fill that gap. Our ECM Analysis and Project Management services are based on competence, methodology, experience and direct, personalized contact.
In addition, we can use any project management tool. For our part, we use Atlassian Jira, Confluence and Slack, Trello, Asana. However, we are able to adapt to the requirements.
